Visualize Highrise Data in DataHero

Today, we’re very excited to announce a new partnership with Highrise, a great CRM system for keeping track of all your contacts, business leads, and more. Now you can dig deeper into your tasks, deals and contact data with DataHero. DataHero automatically categorizes your data, analyzes it for patterns, and suggests the most relevant charts to you. Keep these charts up to date automatically as your data within Highrise changes and add that up-to-date data into a dashboard to share with your team. With the DataHero partnership, you can continue to strive towards friction free business and analytics simplified.

By connecting DataHero to your Highrise account you can answer questions like:

  • How do I visualize my pipeline?
  • What does my support team productivity look like?
  • How does deal size impact overall sales?

After you’ve signed up for your free DataHero account, connect DataHero to your Highrise account then import the Tasks, report and Deals report to get started. Here are a few examples of the questions you can explore.

Visualizing Your Sales Pipeline

Import your pipeline data into DataHero in one click and then create the following chart of sales revenue or potential revenue by stage in your pipeline.

This gives you a general overview of your pipeline, allowing you to either provide support in certain stages, or plan ahead for future deals that will require effort. This is a great starting off point for further investigation into your CRM data.

Support Team Productivity

The chart below displays another aspect of Highrise’s versatile CRM system, support cases. It displays calls per week by support rep:

This allows us to see how calls are distributed by support rep and date, catching any trends or holes.

Proposal Win Percentages

Similar to breaking down calls by support rep, the chart below depicts sales wins by sales rep. However, this chart is a little different in that it displays this information as a win percentage.

The above chart displays more of a funnel, where calls funnel into opportunities and opportunities are either won or lost, giving us a big picture sales funnel.
